THE AGREEMENT

Welcome to The Body Audit System (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing our products, accessing our secure member portal, or interacting with our digital assets, you (“the Client,” “User”) agree to be bound without limitation by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

THE MEMBERSHIP ARCHITECTURE & COMMERCIAL TIERS

We operate a three-tier digital product infrastructure. By processing your capital investment, you acquire restricted, non-transferable access tokens to one of the following environments:

Tier 1 (The Core Protocol): Grants immediate, single-user access to The Body Audit Book digital narrative within our secure web-based portal framework.
Tier 2 (The Systems Toolkit): Grants access to The Body Audit Book narrative plus advanced technical frameworks, workout manuals, and digital calculators hosted inside the portal ecosystem.
Tier 3 (Executive Architecture): A one-off premium capital investment of £500. This tier encompasses all digital assets within Tiers 1 and 2, supplemented by up to six (6) consecutive months of direct 1-to-1 operational consultation and tactical monitoring. This consulting is strictly limited to one weekly telephone audit check-in lasting a maximum duration of thirty (30) minutes. Unused weekly minutes or weeks do not roll over. Direct consultation terminates automatically exactly 180 days from the initial purchase timestamp.

NO-REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL GOODS

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the standard 14-day statutory cooling-off period for online purchases does not apply to digital content if the consumer has explicitly consented to the immediate delivery of the content and acknowledged the loss of cancellation rights.
Because all tiers of The Body Audit System grant instant, irrevocable access to proprietary data, intellectual property, and secure portal infrastructure immediately upon a successful Stripe transaction, all sales are final. We enforce a strict no-refund, no-chargeback policy. By checking the purchase box, you explicitly agree that you forfeit your right to a cancellation period.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY GUARDRAILS

All text; calculations, spreadsheet logic, layouts, graphics, and video assets (including our VSL) are the exclusive intellectual property of The Body Audit System. Account sharing, printing, scraping, or distributing portal content to third parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of contract, resulting in immediate account termination without refund and legal escalation for damages.
